Let's continue the dialogue on menstruation and women's health!

What was part 1?

On Tuesday April 14th, Pangaea Youth organized an event on menstrual health as a partner to Real Relief's global campaign. #KickOffTheDialogue2026

We started with an introduction to Pangaea, Real Relief and the campaign then we had some meditation time after making an altar with a candle, water, nuts, stones and lipsticks. We learned a lot about women's health through time and history. Finally, we finished the event with a creative time, making fanzines, bracelets, having snacks and discussions about our own experience with menstruation.

M.Sc. Maité Cristina L. López, a Emancipatory Menstrual Educator, Sociologist specialized in Human Rights and Peace Education, was our facilitator during this wonderful evening.

The workshop on Tuesday June 2nd

Pangaea Youth Network is hosting a third workshop in our cosy basement at Kamtjatka 8, on Tuesday 2nd of June at 17:00.

During this third session, we will welcome back Maité as our facilitator and continue our discussion about women's health. This time men are also invited to join the conversation!

"A slower dive into the four phases of menstrual cycle with open space for discussion around misconceptions and ways in which we can best support women in our life and be of service from a place of awareness and knowledge."

We will provide snacks, drinks and goodies but you are more than welcome to bring snacks to share with everyone!
